The Denis & Lenora Foretia Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, dedicated to catalyzing Africa’s economic transformation by focusing on social entrepreneurship, science and technology, innovation, public health, and the implementation of progressive policies that create economic opportunities for all.

As part of the upcoming Africa @ World Bank Annual Meetings Event taking place in Washington DC on October 14, 2025, the Foundation seeks to engage qualified service providers based in or around Washington DC to support the successful organization of the event.

This Call for Tender aims to identify, evaluate, and contract reliable vendors in the categories below.

REFERENCE CATEGORIES

GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All suppliers must provide the following documents in their submission package:

1. For Companies/Organizations:

• Business Registration Certificate (US or DC jurisdiction)
• IRS Tax Identification Number (EIN) / Taxpayer Registration
• Attestation of Fiscal Compliance (if applicable)
• Detailed Quotation for services (with breakdown of unit costs)
• Portfolio or samples of similar past work
• At least two references from previous clients
• Evidence of past performance (contracts, invoices, reports)
• Physical business address and contact details
• Bank Account Details
  2. For Individual Professionals (if applicable):
• Valid Tax Identification (SSN/TIN)
• Updated CV/resume
• Price List or Catalogue of services / products
• Portfolio or sample work (where relevant)
• At least two references from clients/employers
• Physical address and contact details
• Bank Account Details

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Interested parties should submit:

• A Letter of Expression of Interestspecifying the reference category(ies) being applied for.
• The required supporting documents listed above.
• A detailed quotationclearly outlining services, timelines, and costs.

Note: Deadline for Submission of EOIs is Friday, September 5, 2025 (5:00 PM Washington DC time). Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted.
