Godwin is a dedicated social entrepreneur, a YALI Alumni, and advocate for youth empowerment in Africa.

His commitment to community development began at the Cameroon Young Jurists Legal Resource Center, where he spearheaded initiatives to empower women through business and entrepreneurship training. This experience ignited his passion for creating sustainable economic opportunities for marginalized groups.

While pursuing his MBA at Fotabe University of Cameroon in Douala, Godwin further honed his leadership and organizational skills as an Academic Affairs Officer and Graduate School-to-Work Employment Program Supervisor at Fotabe Entrepreneurial and Leadership Academy (FELA) in Douala. He played a pivotal role in equipping over 100 graduates with the essential life skills needed to succeed in the competitive job market.

Building on his previous accomplishments, Godwin founded Spark Link Africa, a social organization dedicated to fostering innovation and empowering youth through the Empowering Youth in Entrepreneurship Action for Change (EYEA4C) program, which is currently providing 10 entrepreneurs with startups in Cameroon with a 6 to 9-month Comprehensive Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Training (CMET). He aims to empower and equip these young entrepreneurs with the tools they need to drive social change and contribute meaningfully to building resilient communities with their innovative solutions.

Lately, he was appointed Inspector of Human Rights for the Promotion of Children and Women’s Right in Yaoundé IV Community under the jurisdiction of the Organization for the Defense of Human Rights (ODHR) International where he is currently serving as an advocate for the rights of children and women for a better Cameroon by 2035 and beyond.

His work across multiple domains has equipped him with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to empower others. His ability to integrate leadership, business, education, and social impact makes him a well-rounded changemaker.
