Dr. Ngwa S. Princewill

Dr. Ngwa S. Princewill is a Legal & Business Consultant, Pupil Advocate at the Cameroon Bar Association, and Corporate Administrator. He is the Founder of Legal and Business Solutions (LBS) Group, overseeing the company’s seven key products and activities in Cameroon. He is also Co-Founder of AchievEdge, an academic consulting firm aimed at fostering excellence in the academia. He is a Business Consultant at the Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts and the French Development Corporation.

Dr. Ngwa has over 10 years of experience in the corporate world, with an extensive knowledge in Corporate Administration, Business Development, Career Development and Business Law. He holds an LMM in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa and a PhD in Law from the University of Dschang in Cameroon. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops, and has through LBS GROUP organized a number of conferences in diverse areas of the corporate world, with the Corporate Excellence Conference as the greatest milestone. The public speaker is also a strong believer in the power of education and training. He is Executive Director of the School of Legal and Business Studies, an institution under LBS GROUP that has trained over a hundred young people in various domains of business and career development. He is a Member of the Executive Board of UNIBETA Peace and Development Organization, and an Executive Board Member of Vision of Hope.

Dr. Ngwa who is mentor to many young people is interested in love-sharing among people, and has developed this as a work culture for himself and collaborators. In 2023 he was recognized as a:

– Cameroonian Changemaker by Startups & Funds, and BothOfUs Sweden,

– One time nominee of The World CEO Ranking (TWCR), 2022.

– Laureate of an Impact Recognition from the Higher Institute of Professional Excellence 2023.

– Young Impact Leader of the Cameroon Heroes Impact Award 2024 and;

– Award of Excellence by the SHOSA Awards 2024.
