Dr. Clement Kum Che

Dr. Che Kum Clement is a Professor and Head of the department of Technical and Vocational Training at the Islamic University of Bangladesh. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Nkafu Policy Institute. He holds a B.Sc., P.G. Dip., M.Sc. (Technical Education) from Islamic University of Technology (IUT) Dhaka, and a PhD in TVE Curriculum and Instruction.  He also holds other professional qualifications, including the Licentiate in Electrical Engineering from the City and Guilds of London Institute, England.
