The COVID-19 pandemic does not only affect the health sector but it is also an economic crisis that could cause sub-Saharan Africa\u2019s GDP growth rate to drop from 2.4% in 2019 to -5.1 percent in 2020 based on World Bank- 2020 report. The Cameroon economy is facing a lot of challenges due to the COVID -19 pandemic such as a significant loss in income which could affect the quality of goods and services produced, a sharp contraction of activity in rural areas, drop in export and import, unemployment and drop in turnover based on the report published by the Nkafu Policy Institute on \u201cCameroon\u2019s Informal Sector put to test by the Corona Virus (June 1, 2020)\u201d<br \/>\nIt is against this backdrop that the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center (SBEC) of the Denis &amp;
